LYMPHATIC ACNE

You have scored the highest in the "Lymphatic" category, meaning the leading cause of your acne stems from poor lymphatic circulation.

Watch the video below to learn how you can treat the cause of your acne driven by poor lymphatic circulation (stagnation).

The cause of your acne can be influenced by many body systems (Hormone, Liver, Lymphatic, Gut and Nervous system) and we focus on these five body systems inside our 10 week transformation online course ‘Acne to g l o w’ treating the cause of your acne.

When your lymphatic system is not functioning at its best, your skin can suffer as toxins are being stored underneath the skin, around the neck, jawline, behind the ears, even in the groin and or armpit region.

Your lymphatic system is the largest circulatory system in your body, transporting ‘lymph’ a fluid that contains white blood cells around the body to clean up toxins. Your Lymphatic system collects these toxins from cells and tissue that have been accumulated in your body and then filters/eliminates them as waste through perspiration, bowel movements, urine and your breath.

Poor lymphatic circulation (stagnation) can cause a toxin filled lymph build up, especially around the lymph node areas as mentioned above mainly in the neck and jawline area, causing an ‘toxic lymph acne party’. This is not what we want.

This is why it is so important to treat your lymphatic stagnation with specific herbal medicine that slowly and safely removes the build up of toxins in the form of acne commonly found in the chin, jawline and behind the ears.

We teach you a strategic approach to supporting the Lymphatic system inside Acne to g l o w, to ensuring your skin releases toxins in the safest, most effective way possible, ensuring your liver health is being supported simultaneously to treat the leading cause of your acne.

We strategically treat the lymphatic last in Acne to g l o w in module 8 to ensure all the ground work is done before we start stimulating your lymphatic system.

LYMPHATIC ACNE TREATMENT:

Two steps you can take right now to start treating your acne caused by poor lymphatic detoxification….

NUMBER ONE:

In addition to drinking plenty of filtered water, specifically 2+ litres per day, as dehydration is a common cause of lymph congestion.

Engage in regular movement and sweat. It is normal and healthy to sweat.
Start slow if you have not been active in a while and pick a movement that you enjoy the most, this could be dancing, walking, yoga, ocean swimming and even jumping on a rebounder/trampoline as this has been shown to be an effective way to stimulate your lymphatic system. Build up your intensity slowly as rebounding can release a lot of toxins at once if you jump too fast. Try two minutes to help clear your lymphatic system on the rebounder and daily forms of movement you enjoy.

NUMBER TWO:

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that does not restrict lymphatic flow as much as possible and ditch the bra. I know some women cannot but if you can, around the house, especially while you are sleeping at night, then please do.

The breast, arm and upper chest area are drained by a large cluster of lymph nodes found in the armpit and the groin region is drained by inguinal lymph nodes hence why it is important to go bra and undie less as much as you feel comfortable too do so. You can also choose underwear made from natural fibres such as bamboo. Make sure you wear bras without underwire as that severely interferes with your lymphatic circulation.

Thank you for wanting to treat the cause of your acne and I can not wait to see you inside our comprehensive 10 week course - Acne to g l o w if you would like to finally treat your acne for once and for all from the inside out.
