How to book your appointment?

1. BOOK IN VIA ONLINE CALENDAR BELOW

Select your time zone, date, time for your initial appointment with Hayley, as part of your 'Clear Skin Starter Package'. If you cannot find a suitable time, please send Hayley an email to 
[email protected] to be put on the waitlist or to see if any other alternative times are available for you.

2. FILL OUT THE 'NEW CLINET INTAKE FORM'

This will take approximately 15 minutes to compete, it is quite in depth and necessary to identify the root cause of your acne/health concerns. We recommend you take your time and mindfully fill in this form and Hayley will be reviewing this form before your initial appointment.

3. CONFIRMATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

You will receive a confirmation email once you have book your initial appointment, plus a reminder email 3 days, 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled appointment

What does the Clear Skin Starter Package include?

  • An individualised evidence based action plan, regarding what you need to do moving forward to achieve your health and skin related goals. 

  • Food as Medicine prescriptions and support, with individualised recommendations, recipes and specific nutrients needing to be consumed.  

  • If supplementation is needed, a breakdown of each supplement you will be taking, why you are taking it, how to take it and how long you need to take the supplement. Supplements are high quality practitioner only grade supplements either in capsules, tablets or in a powder form. 

  • The Functional Pathology Interpretation report, so you understand what your blood tests mean - *this will be explained in your return appointment, once your Expert Acne Naturopath has all the necessary results and can correlate this report for you. 

  • Nutrition and lifestyle strategies and modifications, specific to your individual cause of acne. *Please note our Naturopaths do not provide meal plans in the initial appointment due to time constraints but this is something our Naturopaths would be happy to support you in future return appointments. 

  • Educational handouts to suit your individual needs, which may include How to guides, Nutritional implementation strategies, stress reduction strategies, information about your condition and recommended resources (books, podcast episodes, videos), plus many more. 

  • Organisation of pathology request forms if needed such as Hormonal testing, Microbiome mapping and SIBO testing. 

  • A referral letter to your doctor, outlining what blood test results your Naturopath requests you to complete before your return  appointment. If your Naturopath would like you to complete functional gut testing, your Naturopath will organise this directly through i-screen for the kits to be sent to your home. Your Naturopath can also organise all functional testing including blood testing needed to be collected through i-screen for an additional fee, if you do not wish to see your doctor.

Hayley is an International Acne Educator for Dermal Clinicians, Skin Therapists and Aestheticians, Naturopath, Nutritionist, Herbal Medicine Practitioner, CEO of the Skincare Academy Pty Ltd and creator of the well established Advanced Acne to g l o w® online Educational Platform. Hayley holds degrees in Naturopathic and Complementary Medicine with over thirteen (13) years experience in the field of Naturopathy.

Hayley’s intense ten (10) year personal acne journey, inspired Hayley to take matters into her own hands and study to become a double degree qualified Acne Naturopath, finally treating the root cause of her acne and now hundreds of her client's acne. Hayley’s immense passion for education is the basis of her practice. Hayley achieves life changing results for her clients, due to her evidence based practice, holistic approach to treating the internal root cause of acne. Hayley interprets acne as a clinical sign representing a larger internal health challenge that needs to be addressed. Hayley interprets Acne as the bodies way of sending a ‘help signal’, alarming the client to address the root cause of their acne internally.

Hayley is very passionate about treating the root cause of acne internally and in doing so, Hayley has seen multiple clients prevent chronic health challenges, support their overall health/wellness on a deeper level and off course achieve their dream clear skin. This is the biggest gift Hayley can give to her clients. Supporting her clients witness the innate healing power of their bodies and true potential to thrive.

Please note:

  • The Skincare Academy clinic is a virtual clinic, always has been and always will be, all appointments are online via Zoom, you will receive instructions in your appointment confirmation email.
  • Cancellations and reschedules less than 48 hours in advances will results in a 50% forfeit of the appointment fee. For clients with prepaid packages, this means 100% of the missed appointment's fee will be deducted. Any remaining appointments within the package will still be valid.
  • Same day cancellation or non-attendance of an appointment will incur the full appointment fee. Thank you for respecting Hayley's time and providing as much notice as possible when needing to change your appointment time/date. This ensure all clients receive the same opportunity to see Hayley in clinic.
  • You have access to change your appointment yourself directly from your appointment booking confirmation email.
  • If you arrive 10 minutes or more late to your appointment, Hayley will not be able to proceed with your appointment and the appointment will need to be rescheduled. Hayley’s capacity only allows her to consult on Mondays, meaning she has clients booked in back to back for the day. Thank you for understanding how being late for your appointment impacts the entire clinic day and other clients appointments in clinic.
